F-T6?rolls wrapper

The wrapper F-T6 is our latest design  most advanced machine for packaging toilet tissue, kitchen towel rolls maxi roll with a range of wrapping size. It is a new generation wrapper with high production speed. F-T6 allows to maintain perfect shape of the packs, even running in a high speed, it grants extremely easy fast changeover time.

1）The single-layer wrapper offers a wide range of single-layer pack format for both toilet roll  kitchen towel.

2）This wrapper is easy to operate, it is fully servo driven, controlled by the most advanced motion controller SIMOTION D, which allows extremely reliable production process. It reaches output production speed over 200 packs/min to give you the leading edge for quality packs at high speed.

3）Upgraded to 3 lanes infeed system, achieve 1,2,3,4,6,9 rolls configuration for toilet roll, 1,2,3 rolls for kitchen towel .

4）Maximum diameter of single roll can be up to 250mm.

5）User friendly HMI with aided operation & changeovers, more packaging specifications are available.

6）The packaging materials can be paper.(Need to choose Fold &Tuck function)

7）Selecting bearings, reducers, guide rails, sliders,  various photoelectric are chosen  the world's well-known brands. At the same time, rugged components are used in all areas to reduce vibration  ensure long-term reliability

8）This wrapper pack perfectly even running in high speed.

9）The use of motor adjustment is convenient  quick, providing an extremely easy  quick format changeover.
